How LGSF homes are built?
LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Framing) homes are built using high-strength, cold-formed steel sections that replace traditional bricks and concrete. The process starts with digital design using BIM technology, ensuring every frame and joint is created with millimeter precision. These designs are then manufactured in the factory using advanced FrameMac machines, which cut and label each component accurately.
The prefabricated frames are transported to the site and assembled quickly like a 3D puzzle, requiring minimal labor and producing almost no waste. Walls are made using monolithic concrete systems filled with lightweight concrete, making them strong, crack-free, and thermally efficient.
The result — durable, eco-friendly homes built 50% faster, designed to withstand all weather conditions and deliver a smooth, hassle-free experience.
