1.0

Planning & Design

We begin by understanding your vision, space requirements, and aesthetic preferences. Our architectural team then develops detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations to bring your concept to life. Every design is optimized for functionality, comfort, and structural efficiency.

Structural Engineering & BIM Modeling

2.0

Once the layout is finalized, our structural engineers transform it into a precise BIM (Building Information Modeling) model. This ensures accurate load calculations, dimensions, and steel frame design. BIM eliminates errors, improves planning, and ensures every element fits perfectly during assembly.

In-House
Manufacturing

Using automated roll-forming machines, high-strength galvanized steel is cut, punched, and shaped into structural members. These are then assembled into wall panels, floor systems, and roof modules in the factory. AZ150 (550 MPa) Galvalume steel frames produced on fully automated in-house roll-forming lines.

Modular Assembly & Transportation

04

The pre-engineered panels and modules are carefully labeled, packed, and transported to the site. Since most of the fabrication is done in-house, on-site work is faster, cleaner, and coordinated with precision to avoid delays. SDura™ panels are fixed on both sides and the cavity is filled with lightweight foam concrete.

05

On-Site Installation & Construction

At the site, the steel panels are installed on the foundation using a systematic, rapid assembly process. Electrical, plumbing, insulation, cladding, doors, windows, and roofing are integrated seamlessly. The structure takes shape quickly with minimal waste and reduced labor requirements.

Finishing & Final
Handover

06

Once the structural work is complete, we apply interior and exterior finishing as per the design —Doors, windows, tiles, paint, etc. are executed using traditional methods. Interiors are completed to client specifications for a refined, ready-to-use finish.
