Light Gauge Steel Framed Structures (LGSF) are constructed using factory-made galvanized light gauge steel components.
These components are designed according to the structural requirements, produced by the cold forming method in factories, and assembled as panels on- site to form the structural steel framework of buildings of varying sizes, including walls and floors.
LGSF can be used in the design and construction of G+3 buildings in sectors like residential, education, hospitals, hotels, industry etc.
Even this technology can be used in high rise buildings' external and internal walls which gives you a modern and unique look.
With the help of proper Earthing into the LGSF System, the house can be safeguarded against lightning and current leakage. The Electric wire frame will be done using insulator pipes which are not directly in touch with the steel frame avoiding the current to pass through the wall.
In case of fire breakout lead due to short circuit, gypsum boards resist the fire and restrict the spread. We can eventually achieve a good fire rating with this system.
Due to the use of highly compressed & dense fiber cement boards, high quality gypsum board, cladding material (if used) and steel studs at every 2 ft, a thief would require special types of instruments to break in making it a strong anti-theft secured system.
Monolithic construction refers to a building method where a structure is cast or built as a single, continuous entity, rather than in separate sections. This approach often involves using concrete or other materials to form walls, floors, and ceilings all at once, creating a unified and cohesive structure. The primary advantages of monolithic construction include improved structural integrity, enhanced thermal insulation, and reduced construction time. This method is commonly used in the construction of residential homes, commercial buildings, and other structures that benefit from its durability and efficiency.
In these homes the flooring is done using heavy duty boards so that they have high stiffness against impacts. Also the whole system is designed against vibrations so barely any impact load. Even if the wall gets damaged due to high impact, repairing will be done under warranty with an hassel free experience.
Normal footing is constructed for these kind of houses. No deep footing is required as overall weight is very lesser. One can also think about pre-cast Footing as per budget and necessity.
The Gypsum boards used in the bathroom are moisture resistant therefore, there is not even a single chance of water to get absorbed.
The plumbing is done Also normal tiles can be pasted directly on boards. The plumbing is done just like normal method. Silicon sealant is used wherever it is necessary.
