WHERE WE CAN USE LGSF TECHNOLOGY?
We prefer the design and construction of G+3 buildings in sectors like residential, education, hospitals, hotels, industry etc. Even this technology can be used in high rise buildings' external and internal walls.
HOW MUCH SECURED IT IS AGAINST THEFT?
Due to use of highly compressed & dense fiber cement boards, high quality gypsum board, cladding material (if used) and steel studs at every 2 ft, a thief would require special type of instruments to break in. So it is very much secured system.
HOW GOOD IT IS AGAINST SHORT CIRCUITS AND LIGHTENING?
By Earthing LGSF System, we safeguard the house against lightening and leakage of currents. Electric wiring will be done using bad conductor pipes and it is not directly in touch with steel frame. In case of fire breakout due to short circuit, fire resisting gypsum boards restrict the spread. We can achieve good fire rating as per the requirements.
HOW PLUMBING AND WATER PROOFING IS DONE IN BATHROOM?
Gypsum boards used in bathroom will be moisture resistant so there is no chance that it will absorb water. Also normal tiles can be pasted directly on boards. The plumbing is done just like normal method. Silicon sealant is used wherever it is necessary.
HOW GOOD IT IS AGAINST IMPACT LOADING?
For flooring heavy duty boards are used so they have high stiffness against impacts. Also whole system is designed against vibrations so you will not feel any impact load. Even if wall gets damage due to high impact, repairing will be done under warranty without much disturbance to your home.
WHAT TYPE OF FOOTING IS USED FOR THESE HOUSES?
Normal footing is constructed for these kind of houses. No deep footing is required as overall weight is very lesser. One can also think about pre-cast Footing as per budget and necessity.
